Job Description
The Senior Supply Planner will translate demand forecasts into efficient production schedules, working closely with purchasing, operations, and other stakeholders. The role involves developing and building production schedules, coordinating with Demand Planning and Purchasing teams, and tracking production performance versus plan.
Requirements
- Hands-on production planning and supply planning experience in a manufacturing environment
- At least 5 years of experience in supply planning, production scheduling, or materials planning in FMCG (ideally supplements, cosmetics, or wellness)
- Proven track record of translating plans into efficient production flows that balance operational capacity and material constraints
- Proficient in ERP systems such as Odoo, Tableau, or Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
