We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing 3-person TA team. You will drive our international growth while acting as a mentor and culture ambassador in a flat, high-freedom environment.
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in recruitment, with 1 year specifically in high-impact Sales recruitment
- Proven track record in active sourcing and closing talent in competitive markets, especially Sales roles
- Driving your own TA projects and OKRs independently and leading them to success
- Experienced in advising and challenging senior management
- Enhance ATS operations (ideally Ashby or Personio) and documentation using data-driven performance metrics
- Fluent German and English skills and regular presence in our Office in Berlin
