Requirements
- Safely operate various heavy equipment, including backhoes, excavators, dozers, loaders, graders, haul trucks, dump trucks, and water trucks.
- Perform preventative maintenance and pre-shift walk-around of assigned equipment.
- Maintain positive working relationships with crew members.
- Produce high-quality work safely and productively.
- Inspect subordinates' work and ensure accuracy and compliance with plans and specifications.
