Corporate Paralegal (Utility-Scale Solar)

The Corporate Paralegal will support the Legal Department in managing corporate governance, entity formation and maintenance, contract administration, and regulatory filings for a utility-scale solar development company.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree (Paralegal Certificate preferred).
• 3+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal or legal operations professional.
• Experience supporting corporate governance and maintaining multi-entity structures.
• Strong knowledge of entity formation, corporate filings, and legal documentation.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and document management tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
