Job Description
Sungrow is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support Battery Storage Solutions in the United Kingdom. The role involves interfacing with customers, troubleshooting technical issues, performing installations and maintenance, and providing customer support. The engineer will also contribute to service solutions, follow safety regulations, and provide feedback for improvement, with occasional on-call duties and travel.
Requirements
- Education as Electrical technician or Engineer
- Experience with Battery Storage solutions is beneficial but not mandatory
- Experience in claim handling, solution finding and execution
- Experience dealing with customers in critical situations
- Ability to work independently and structured in an international environment
- Strong customer orientation, good discipline, team spirit and self-motivation
- Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
- Good knowledge of MS Office and comparable software tools
- Driving license
- Willing to work on call duty AND to travel
