HR Operations Specialist - CEE

Sungrow is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to ensure compliance with HR laws & regulations, manage employee relations, and support HR processes in Central and Eastern Europe. This role involves handling onboarding, payroll, visa applications, performance management, and ensuring employee engagement. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent organizational skills and a passion for renewable energy.

Requirements

• Ensure compliance with local HR laws & regulations
• Manage employee information (leave, reporting lines, etc.)
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters
• Manage and update employee information in HR system
• Work closely with HR colleagues in Europe and China
