SCADA Engineer - Germany

Implement, deploy, and commission SCADA systems for utility-scale energy storage and PV projects, including network topology design and OT infrastructure setup. Diagnose and resolve SCADA telemetry, communication, and performance issues using logs, network inspection, and monitoring tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in SCADA data acquisition or project implementation
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Strong technical skills: Familiarity with industrial protocols (Modbus, OPC UA, IEC 61400-25, TCP/IP).
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, C/C++, C#, Java).
• Knowledge of databases (Oracle, MySQL, InfluxDB) and Linux/Windows industrial OS.
• Basic project management skills, excellent communication, and willingness to travel for projects.
• Experience with AUTOCAD and network security technologies is an advantage.
