Quality Assurance Nurse (LVN/RN) - Skilled Nursing Facility

Sunnyside Nursing and Post-Acute Care provides skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and care for residents in a compassionate environment. They are seeking a Quality Assurance Nurse (LVN/RN) to monitor compliance, investigate quality issues, manage surveillance, and assist with infection control, regulatory compliance, and staff development. They prioritize providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Requirements

• Current and active California LVN or RN License
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Prior Quality Assurance experience preferred
• Knowledge of the MDS assessment process preferred
• Prior Point Click Care (PCC) experience preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in a fast paced, detail-oriented work environment
