We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Systems Engineer to join our growing team in the naval industry. The role involves designing, developing, and integrating yacht systems, including mechanical, piping, HVAC, and firefighting systems. The position also requires strong organizational and leadership skills to coordinate with internal teams and oversee project deliverables.
Requirements
- Lead the design, specification, and integration of onboard systems.
- Validate systems against class requirements and regulations.
- Perform calculations, simulations, and technical benchmarking.
- Produce and validate schematics, 2D/3D models, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Electrical, Composites, Interior, Naval Architecture).
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers.
- Manage BOM accuracy and procurement requests.
- Participate in sea trials and quality validation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement.
