Job Description
Sunrise Farms is seeking a detail-oriented Functional Analyst to optimize their ERP, WMS, and MES systems. The role involves requirements gathering, system configuration, data analysis, troubleshooting, and process improvement. The company focuses on poultry and connects with both retail, food service, and industrial sectors.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Functional Analyst or similar role
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting
- Hands-on experience with Syspro ERP (configuration, support, and troubleshooting)
- Experience supporting or integrating WMS and/or MES platforms
- Solid understanding of EDI standards and workflows (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with ERP/WMS/MES implementations or upgrades preferred
- Familiarity with integration tools and middleware
- Knowledge of manufacturing or distribution industry processes
- Certification in Syspro, WMS, or MES platforms is a plus
