Job Description
Temporary Roving Maintenance Technician role at Sunrise Management, responsible for performing maintenance duties, providing resident services, and adhering to preventive maintenance programs. Must have reliable transportation and previous property maintenance experience.
Requirements
- Previous property Maintenance Technician experience
- One-year certificate from college or technical school; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient at Microsoft Office
- High School Diploma or equivalent
