Requirements

• Proven knowledge and demonstrable experience in machine learning, deep learning, computer vision and algorithmic development
• Experience in applying research to solve complex problems and translate findings into practical implementations
• Strong understanding of LLMs, VLMs and similar advancements
• Strong understanding of reinforcement learning (on-off policy, actor-critic and model based)
• Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow or equivalent
• Experience with (multi-modal) foundational models
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and creativity
• Strong communication and visual presentation skills
• Decision making and planning skills
