Care Manager

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Care Manager to provide high-quality care and services to residents in their assisted living and reminiscence neighborhoods. The role involves resident care, supporting ISPs, attending meetings, participating in community involvement, and upholding standards of resident rights and Sunrise principles of service. The Care Manager will act as a resource to both residents and team members, promoting a positive and supportive environment.

Requirements

• Review, read, and note resident information.
• Participate in ISP development and monthly updates.
• Respond to resident calls and notifications.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Comply with all training and regulatory requirements.
