Requirements

• Review and document daily logs to track resident information
• Develop and update Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) for residents
• Provide physical and emotional support to residents
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home-like environment
• Greet guests, family members, and residents
• Assist with continence management and laundry services
• Serve meals in the dining room and promote a pleasant dining experience
• Participate in training and team meetings to improve skills and knowledge
