Job Description
Provide administrative support to the district, including general clerical, receptionist, customer service/purchasing duties and project-based work.
Requirements
- Field incoming calls and transfer to appropriate associate
- Type and design general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, business plans, reports etc.
- Schedule and organize activities such as meetings, travel, food orders and department activities
- Greeting visitors at the front desk and making sure they sign in and out of the visitor logbook
- Purchasing supplies for production shop & warehouse
- Stocking breakroom & conference room supplies daily
- Managing office supply inventory and ordering as supplies as needed
- Sort through and distribute mail for various departments daily
- Confirm if any voicemails were received and direct them to the appropriate person via email or follow up verbally
- Set up and run reports within Trend system when requested/as required
- Work independently and within a team on special, nonrecurring, and ongoing projects
