Processing Supervisor

Suntory Global Spirits is seeking a Processing Supervisor for its Frankfort, Kentucky processing department. The role focuses on providing leadership, coaching, and training within a functional area, ensuring quality, compliance, and continuous improvement while supporting team members and promoting safety. Suntory is expanding into a more efficient and effective processing operation.

Requirements

• 5 years of manufacturing experience (liquid filling experience preferred)
• 3-5 years of experience as a people leader with coaching and mentoring experience
• Strong computer (Microsoft) comfort and SAP knowledge preferred
• Proven Root Cause Problem Solving skills using 5 Why, DMAIC, Fishbone, 5S, Collecting & Analyzing data
• Excellent communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude
• Must be willing to work off shifts and provide weekend coverage
