Adjunct Instructor- Biology

SUNY Ulster County Community College is seeking a Part-time Adjunct Instructor in Biology to begin in August 2024. The instructor will provide instruction in general biology and/or anatomy and physiology, under the supervision of the area coordinator and academic department. Courses may be taught day or evening on the SUNY Ulster main campus in Stone Ridge or at the SUNY Ulster Kingston Center.

Requirements

• Meet each scheduled class and teach or conduct learning exercises.
• Provide students with course information, grading system, and evaluation methods.
• Maintain accurate class records on attendance, withdrawal, and grading.
• Submit required reports promptly and accurately.
• Comply with all institutional policies and procedures.
• Check faculty mailbox and SUNY Ulster email frequently.
