Job Description
We're looking for an incident manager to join our engineering operations team and take ownership of our company-wide incident response program. You'll ensure our existing process (based on incident.io) is followed, continuously improved, and drives measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in incident management, site reliability engineering, or technical program management
- Have run or participated in on-call rotations and high-severity incident response
- Have used tools like incident.io, Opsgenie, PagerDuty, Datadog On-call
- Experience running incident response programs in distributed teams
- Communicate clearly across both technical and non-technical audiences
- Have experience in async or globally distributed teams
