Production Engineer

Supermicro is seeking a motivated Production Engineer with experience in manufacturing, particularly in the electronics or high-tech sector. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
• 3+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in optimizing production processes.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Willingness to provide support beyond regular working hours.
