Job Description
Supermicro is seeking an expansion of their EMEA team within the service department. This role involves resolving customer issues with server hardware, offering a path to broaden knowledge and experience for future career growth. The position requires a customer-focused individual who can quickly learn and work in a global environment.
Requirements
- Completed MBO4 degree towards IT (or comparable)
- Excellent command of Dutch and English language
- Experience with 1st and 2nd line support/helpdesk
- Good communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to quickly acquire knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS/Linux
- Basic knowledge of system management (networks, servers, databases)
- Representable
- Possession of a driving license (B)
