Job Description
This role offers paid training and a clear coaching pathway to help grow youth soccer players. Coaches will lead 30-60 minute sessions, focusing on fun and engagement. The position requires long-term availability, including weekday, after-school, and weekend shifts. The role is geared towards building confidence, coordination, and a lifelong love of the sport.
Requirements
- Availability from now through fall 2025
- Comfort coaching ages 2-10 (experience a plus)
- Passion for soccer and readiness to learn
- Clear communication skills
- Reliable transportation and U.S. work authorization
