Mid-Senior Laravel Developer (Lead Developer)

We are looking for a Mid–Senior Laravel Developer who is ready to step into a lead role, owning product development end-to-end while collaborating closely with the CTO.

Requirements

• 3+ years professional experience with Laravel/PHP
• Strong proficiency in Laravel 10+, PHP 8+, MySQL (schema design, indexing, query optimization), and Vue.js
• Experience building and scaling backend systems
• Ability to work in highly iterative, fast-moving, agile environments
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate directly with leadership
• Comfortable owning a product end-to-end with minimal oversight
