We're looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join our team in Croatia. The successful candidate will have experience in payroll processing, query management, and onboarding new employees. The role involves managing payroll, benefits, and HR queries, and will play a key role in ensuring an excellent employee experience.
Requirements
- Experience managing payroll processing from start to finish
- Experience dealing with high volumes of queries at fast pace
- Experience of onboarding 10-20 new joiners per month
- Ability to react quickly and accurately to provide solutions to employees
- Good understanding of Croatian people-related law
- Experience implementing and maintaining flexible benefits
- Contract administration experience
- Ability to manage employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Problem-solving skills
- Payroll and operations experience
- Good understanding of employee relations and legal approach
- Desire to continually improve processes
- Excellent attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Fluency in written and verbal English
- Experience with SuccessFactors ideally
