Partnerships Lead

We're hiring a Partnerships Lead to build and own SuperDial's end-to-end partnership ecosystem. You'll identify, close, and scale partnerships that accelerate distribution, create strategic leverage, and deepen our product footprint across healthcare operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years in partnerships, BD, alliances, or strategic GTM roles
• Deep experience in at least one of these domains: healthcare RCM, EHR integrations, MSO/DSO ecosystems, consulting/PE advisory, or healthcare SaaS
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing complex multi-party partnerships
• Technical fluency with APIs, data flows, and integration requirements
• Executive presence and strong relationship skills, especially with PE partners and C-suite operators
