Vice President, Product

As VP of Product, you will own SuperDial's product vision, roadmap, and execution end-to-end, working closely with the CEO, Engineering, Design, GTM, and customers to translate real-world healthcare and RCM workflows into scalable, high-impact product.

Requirements

• 8-12+ years in product roles, including senior leadership at a high-growth startup
• Strong technical background with the ability to write and review production code
• Proven experience building and scaling B2B SaaS products
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and moving quickly with incomplete information
• Excellent product judgment, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills
