Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Implementation Architect to join our Customer team! You will be the main technical contributor enhancing customer value and platform outcomes for our clients throughout EMEA. You will design scalable solutions, drive customer technical success, and shape product direction.

- Manage the technical onboarding process for new customers
- Hands-on configuration and setup of platform components
- Create and implement custom solutions using JavaScript, APIs, and SQL
- Participate in customer workshops, on-site sessions, and technical reviews across EMEA
- Contribute to developing and refining scalable implementation methodologies, templates, and best practices
