Job Description
SuperOrdinary is a global agency connecting brands like Milk Makeup and Peter Thomas Roth with creators and consumers worldwide. They are focused on the TikTok Shop platform, helping brands grow and scale their businesses. This role involves leading enterprise-level client relationships, driving growth, and optimizing for success on the platform.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in e-commerce and brand management
- Hands-on experience on TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopify/DTC, Walmart Marketplace, or similar
- Exceptional client communication (written, verbal and presentation)
- Advanced organization & program leadership across complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
- Strong analytical rigor
