Job Description
Superside is seeking a Creative Lead (Motion Design) to lead a global team and deliver world-class motion graphics, digital ads, and explainer videos. The role involves strategy, team leadership, and collaboration with global brands, leveraging cutting-edge technology. They offer a remote work environment with a focus on growth and impact.
Requirements
- BA or higher in Design, Creative, Comms, or similar field.
- 6+ years of experience as a creative lead.
- Strong portfolio of creative work in Motion Design.
- Experience leading high-performing creative teams.
- Deep expertise in Adobe After Effects and Premiere.
- Strong animation and video editing skills.
- Solid understanding of AI-assisted design and motion workflows.
- Ability to quickly learn processes and multi-task.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, customer-centric mindset.
