Job Description
Superloop is a company focused on providing AI-powered tools for context-based briefing and scoping. They are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to drive key workstreams and build production features with LLMs. The role involves designing, building, and launching features, improving data pipelines, and setting a technical bar for the team.
Requirements
- Take ownership of features from idea to production.
- Develop and ship GenAI features, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Build data pipelines for reliable content ingestion and analytics.
- Design and maintain APIs and services for scalability and stability.
- Ensure security, privacy, and multi-tenancy compliance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Design.
