Job Description
As the Growth Lead, you will be at the forefront of the online sales channels and will be managing e-commerce operations, creating online sales campaigns, and optimizing customer experiences.
Requirements
- E-commerce Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to achieve online sales targets and enhance customer engagement.
- Marketplace Management: Build, manage and improve listings and sales on Indian & global marketplaces such as Myntra, Ajio, Flipkart, Amazon etc.
- Website Management: Oversee daily operations of the brand's website, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
- Digital Marketing: Work with the team to improve performance marketing, run email & whatsapp marketing campaigns.
- Sales Analysis: Analyze website and marketplace performance, sales data, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
- Inventory Management: Coordinate with the production/factory team for optimal inventory levels and product availability across channels.
- Customer Experience: Enhance the online shopping experience through best practices in UX/UI and personalized interactions.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with payment gateways, logistics providers, digital marketing agencies etc.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
