We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Manager/Manager to join our D2C Marketing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in executing strategic initiatives to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through various digital channels.
Requirements
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Criteo, and Taboola.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of campaigns, from setup to monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
- Manage and optimize advertising budgets, ensuring maximum efficiency and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Continuously A/B test and optimize landing pages, user flows, and conversion paths to improve conversion rates.
- Implement and manage end-to-end user journeys using WebEngage, including handling drop-offs, cross-sell/upsell strategies, and post-purchase engagement.
- Utilize WhatsApp marketing through Interakt to re-engage existing customers and drive repeat purchases.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive strategies.
- Experiment with new marketing channels and tactics, including Snapchat, Twitter, Unity, and Ironsource, to expand beyond traditional platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tech, design, and content, to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns.
