Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience managing complex projects with cross-functional teams
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, particularly Jira
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or similar certification is preferred
• Jira expertise, with a proven track record of managing projects through Jira
• Agile certification and extensive experience in agile methodologies are essential
