Job Description
UXBERT Labs, Saudi Arabia's first UX, Usability, and Ecommerce consultancy, is seeking an experienced Software Project Manager to manage key client projects. They aim to make the world user friendly by disrupting the norm with user-centered design and innovative technologies. This role involves ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and within scope.
Requirements
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients
- Experience overseeing multi-function project teams with at least 10-15 team members
- Analyze current Agile processes and implement improvements
- Manage projects in JIRA and Confluence
- Ensure software quality standards are met
