Job Description
The Supplier Development Engineering team is responsible for production processes and supplier development strategies, collaborating with customer engineering teams and external suppliers to ensure high-quality and on-time delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in electrical or mechanical manufacturing
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- Experience in mini-LED SMT, or Plastic Injection, and or Sub-assembly
- Capable of analyzing dimensional data using statistical tools and software (e.g., JMP, Minitab)
- Good English communication skills in technical/quality area
