Requirements

• Fluency in English (C1 levels)
• Six+ months of experience in a customer support role
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books)
• Strong analytical thinking and research skills
• Positive, proactive and responsible attitude
