• You are at least 16 years old (16+ years)

• You're friendly & greet everyone with a smile
• You have good communication skills & create 'wow moments' for our fans
• You keep a cool head even in stressful situations & can prioritize
• You're reliable, flexible & never leave your team in the lurch
• You communicate with our fans & colleagues in good German
