Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager, you'll lead cross-functional project teams, set project management best practices, and manage client expectations. You'll also mentor a team of Project Managers, optimize workflows, and contribute to overall business strategy.

Requirements

• 6-10+ years of project management experience in marketing, creative, or e-commerce agencies
• Proven leadership experience directly managing teams
• Strong background in process creation, system implementation, and client-facing delivery
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and delegation skills
• Agency experience managing multiple service lines is required
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to 'fix and build' within a growing agency environment
• English fluency required (C1+)
