Job Description
Lead Data Analyst position at HeyPolo, working with meaningful data to shape a smart, privacy-first location-sharing app.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst with a track record of independent execution and impact
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to write performant queries and build dbt models
- Demonstrated ability to create meaningful dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent
- Comfortable translating vague, open-ended business problems into structured analytical tasks
- Highly motivated self-starter with strong problem-solving instincts and a proactive work style
- Experience working across multiple domains (e.g., marketing, product, operations) to influence cross-functional outcomes
