Financial Analyst

Surgical Information Systems (SIS) is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their corporate FP&A team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience with Financial Planning & Analysis, 2-3 years of financial/revenue modeling experience, and medium to large company accounting experience. The role will involve conducting day-to-day financial analysis, building revenue and financial planning models, and providing financial leadership and stewardship across the organization.

Requirements

• Conduct day-to-day financial analysis for the Revenue Cycle Services organization
• Partner with Revenue Cycle Services leadership team members to build revenue and financial planning models
• Provide financial leadership and stewardship across the organization
• Manage and drive the annual planning and quarterly forecasting processes
• Partner with Accounting to ensure accuracy of the Financials
• Lead the Monthly Financial Reporting for the Revenue Cycle Services organization
• Provide detailed analysis of monthly results compared to budget, forecast, and the relevant business KPIs
• Drive continuous improvement focusing on streamlining, enhancing, and automating financial reporting and planning processes
• Participate in system implementations or migrations and automation projects
• Provide audit support, including substantive and controls-related work
• Ad hoc analysis and other duties and related projects assigned
