Job Description
Surmodics is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist to train, educate, and establish clinical standards for medical devices, leveraging clinical expertise and technical capabilities. The role involves training HCPs, getting product feedback, and translating this into product development. The FCS will also conduct presentations and lead workshops to educate customers and colleagues.
Requirements
- Train, educate and support HCPs on the clinical use of company products
- Obtain and translate customer / clinician feedback to internal teams to inform product design decisions
- Participate in all required training as well as clinical and/or sales meetings
- Maintain sample inventories, distributing samples in compliance with sample accountability procedures and policies
- Maintain and update current and prospective customer target profiles
- Comply with Promotional Programs and proper use of Promotional Materials and Promotional Expense Budgets
