Job Description
S:US is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide habilitation services to individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities. The role involves assisting clients in daily living and socialization, administering medication, and ensuring nutritional needs are met. The company offers flexible scheduling, a 10% internal promotion rate, and comprehensive benefits.
Requirements
- Provide habilitation services as prescribed in a service plan.
- Assist clients in skill development (activities of daily living, etc.).
- Administer medication and ensure compliance with safety policies.
- Ensure nutritional needs are met and provide feeding assistance.
- Report facility issues and address any observed/known deficiencies.
