Job Description
S:US is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support people with intellectual/developmental disabilities in a safe environment. The organization offers flexible scheduling, 1199 union benefits, and offers internal promotion opportunities. Responsibilities include habilitation services, skill development assistance, medication administration, and reporting facility issues.
Requirements
- Provide habilitation services to clients.
- Assist clients in skill development.
- Administer medication according to established policies.
- Ensure nutritional needs are met.
- Report facility issues to management.
- HS Diploma or GED required
- 1 year's experience providing direct services preferred
