Job Description
S:US is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities in a safe environment. They offer flexible scheduling, a 10-percent internal promotion rate, and a comprehensive benefits package. The role involves providing habilitation services and assisting clients with daily living skills.
Requirements
- Provide habilitation services to each client.
- Assist clients in skill development (activities of daily living, domestic living, recreation, socialization).
- Administer medication and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Report any observations or facility problems to management.
