Job Description
S:US is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities in their daily lives. The position offers flexible scheduling, union benefits, and opportunities for internal promotion within a 10-percent internal promotion rate organization-wide. Services include habilitation, skill development, medication administration, and nutritional support.
Requirements
- Provide habilitation services to clients as prescribed.
- Assist clients in skill development.
- Administer medication as assigned and compliant with policies.
- Ensure nutritional needs are met.
- Report facility problems and abuse.
