Job Description
S:US, a well-respected disability services organization, is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities. This position offers flexible scheduling, a 10% internal promotion rate, and a comprehensive benefits package. The role involves habilitation services and client care in a safe and nurturing environment.
Requirements
- Provide habilitation services to each client.
- Assist clients in skill development.
- Administer medication and ensure nutritional needs are met.
- Report any observed/known deficiencies or facility problems.
- Communicate observations to management.
