Job Description
S:US is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities in their safe living environments. This role involves skill development, supervision, and reporting, providing opportunities for growth and professional development in social services. The position offers flexible scheduling, union benefits, and an internal promotion rate.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year experience providing direct care services to adults with a developmental disability
- AMAP certified, SCIP-R trained, CPR & First Aid Trained
- Valid NYS Driver's License
- Ability to pass insurance criteria
- Must be able to pass the required interview and background check
