Job Description
S:US is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide habilitation services to people with intellectual/developmental disabilities in a safe environment. This role offers flexible scheduling, a 10-percent internal promotion rate, and a comprehensive benefits package. Requirements
- Provide habilitation services to each client.
- Assist clients with skill development (activities of daily living, etc.).
- Administer medication as directed and in compliance with policies.
- Ensure clients’ nutritional needs are met.
- Report any observed/known deficiencies or facility problems to management.
