Job Description
S:US is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities in a safe environment. The position involves providing habilitation services, assisting with skill development, administering medication, and ensuring nutritional needs are met. Flexible scheduling and professional growth opportunities are available.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED required, Associates Degree preferred
- One year’s experience providing direct services to developmentally disabled persons preferred
- Valid NYS Driver’s license and must be able to pass insurance criteria
- Preferred Certifications: AMAP, SCIP-R, CPR & First Aid
