Job Description
S:US is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities in their daily lives. The role involves providing habilitation services, assisting with skill development, and ensuring client well-being. This position offers flexible scheduling, union benefits, and internal promotion opportunities.
Requirements
- Provide habilitation services to each client
- Assist clients with skill development
- Administer medication and ensure compliance with policies
- Ensure nutritional needs are met
- Report facility issues and abuse promptly
- HS Diploma or GED required, Associates Degree preferred
