Job Description
S:US is seeking passionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities in a safe environment. This role offers flexible scheduling, union benefits, and an internal promotion rate. It focuses on habilitation services and is a first opportunity for some to enter the field.
Requirements
- Provide habilitation services to clients.
- Assist clients in skill development (activities of daily living, etc.).
- Administer medication and ensure nutritional needs are met.
- Report any observed or known deficiencies.
- Ensure assigned clients’ needs are met and report any facility problems.
